This experience has shaped a straightforward approach centred on clear communication, accountability and building lasting relationships with clients.

As the owner and agent of Proximity Property Management, based in North Brisbane, I bring over 30 years of people-focused experience across blue and white-collar industries, both in Australia and overseas. My background in hospitality, human resources, and the past nine years in property management has shaped my approach—grounded in strong communication, empathy, and a commitment to long-term client relationships.

I founded Proximity Property Management as a proudly independent agency with a clear goal: to provide honest, transparent, and results-driven property management. I believe great property management is more than routine tasks—it’s about trust, consistency, and protecting your investment. My clients value the personal attention I offer and the peace of mind that comes from knowing their property is in experienced hands.
